The Zimbabwe Academy of Music Library houses an extensive collection of printed music, including chamber and orchestral repertoire, miniature scores, and a wide range of music books.

In addition, the Library preserves a valuable archive of historical recordings, including LPs, CDs, and DVDs, maintained as part of the Academy’s heritage collection.

Primarily focused on classical music, the collection also includes resources in jazz, popular, ethnic, and musical theatre genres.

The Library remains one of the best-stocked of its kind in the country, supporting students at all levels and providing a rich resource for visiting musicians and scholars.
